If your professor gives you a 6-to-a-page PDF document of slides, and you’d like to crop it to one per page (say, for annotating comfortably on your iPad), there’s a solution.
Inverting all colours on a PDF file can be especially helpful if a lecturer’s dark PowerPoint theme (ahem, bright yellow on navy blue…) is hard to read when reviewing the slides.
